Cheddleton Conservation activities

Meet on Cheddleton Park Avenue (postcode for satnav: ST13 7NS) at the second access point down to the footpath. Car parking is limited but more is available at Basford Bridge

10:00am - 1:00pm

“Wild About Cheddleton” is a series of practical conservation activities for the local community, run by Staffs Wildlife Trust. Activities take place on the green space between Cheddleton Park Avenue and the Caldon Canal. Why not come along and join in?

No experience necessary and all tools, equipment and training will be provided along with refreshments. You just need suitable clothing and stout footwear.

The task for this activity is yet to be confirmed.

STOP PRESS: Training Opportunities
Various training opportunities will be offered to volunteers this spring. Currently ideas include brushcutter use, First Aid, ladder safety and small mammal surveying. Speak to Martin for further information or to make suggestions.
