Hedge laying is a traditional form of hedgerow management. It rejuvenates the hedge keeping it strong and healthy, and forms an attractive natural alternative to wooden or wire fencing. It is also very important in helping to maintain biodiversity.
This one day course gives an introduction to the skills required for hedge laying and an understanding of how hedge laying should be carried out correctly, which may then be developed through further study.
