Redhills Road bridge closed to traffic after accident
Redhills Road was closed to road traffic after an accident on Saturday 5th June left the bridge badly damaged.
British Waterways engineers have inspected the bridge and report that it is not structurally unsound but it is not safe to cross with a vehicle as one side of the bridge is badly damaged. The canal and towpath are both still open.
