We have today (16th December) been advised of the following restriction on the Caldon Canal:

Monday 19 December 2011 - Wednesday 21 December 2011

Water levels are to be lowered by approximately 150mm to enable British Waterways to recover a work boat at Park Lane, Endon on Monday 19th December. Water levels will start to be lowered on Sunday evening the 18th and will begin to recover late Monday and back to normal operating level the Wednesday 21st December. British Waterways apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
